Refer someone to us for a remodeling job, and if they hire us for a remodel, your referral will get 3% off their project and you will receive the equivalent of the 3% discount your referral is getting in cash!
Example of How it Works:
The friend you referred is remodeling their home and their total cost is $40,000. They will receive a 3% discount off of their project of $40,000 which would equal to $1,200! You will receive $1,200 in cash as an appreciation for referring us and your friend’s new total for their remodel will be $38,800!
New Home Build Projects
2% off New Home Builds
Refer someone to us for a new home build job, and if they hire us for a new build, your referral will get 2% off their project and you will receive the equivalent of the 2% discount your referral is getting in cash!
Example of How it Works:
The friend you referred has contracted us for a new home build and their total cost is $400,000. They will receive a 2% discount off of their project of $400,000 which would equal to $8,000! You will receive $8,000 in cash as an appreciation for referring us and your friend’s new total for their new build home project will be $392,000!
