Discuss

We reach out to you to learn more about your vision, goals, etc. We take the time to make sure we fully understand what end result you’re looking for and determine if we’re the right fit for helping you; while of course we wouldn’t want to turn anyone away, it is important to us to make sure we are the right fit for YOU! We believe in working with integrity, so if we feel that someone else might be a better fit for the job, we’ll be honest with you.

Design and Scope of Work

At this stage we lay the foundation for the scope of work that will be needed to complete your project. This includes drawing up blueprints, consulting with the engineers, making selections regarding features, surveying the property if needed and more. We stay in contact throughout the whole process, as well as schedule a meeting before moving onto the next step to review and finalize the details of your project.

Project Cost

Upon completion of the design and scope of work, we will provide an exact cost for the project.

Build

We build your house! We keep you in the loop during the entire process. Together, we will work to build the home of your dreams!

Follow-Up

We follow up a year after your home is built to ensure you’re happy. We know that natural settling occurs during that first year, so if any issues have arisen, we’ll be ready to make any adjustments if they are needed. You can have peace of mind with the variety of warranties we offer including a 1-year workmanship warranty, 2-year mechanical warranty (plumbing, electrical and HVAC work) and a 10-year structural warranty.
